Court Hearing on Robert Kocharyan and Armen Gevorgyan Case Postponed
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, has postponed the court hearing in the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and former Deputy Prime Minister and current Member of Parliament, Armen Gevorgyan (Case No. ЕԴ/0253/01/19), for one week.
Danibekyan announced that prior to the hearing, a request was received from Armen Gevorgyan's lawyer, Lusine Sahakyan, stating that she was unwell and could not attend the hearing.
Another lawyer for Gevorgyan, Alexander Kochubaev, informed the court that he had ceased to represent his interests.
The court also received Gevorgyan's request regarding temporary absence from Armenia, which was not discussed due to the absence of his lawyers.
The court hearing has been postponed until December 21.
