Truck Goes Off Road and Overturns in Sisian; Driver and Passenger Hospitalized

On December 13, at 08:29, the Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a traffic accident near the city of Sisian with casualties.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informed that a firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department has been deployed to the scene. It was found that a "Suzuki" truck (driver: S. H., born in 1961) went off the roadway and overturned on the 7th kilometer of the Sisian-Yerevan highway.

Rescuers extracted the driver and passenger L. P. (born in 1964) from the vehicle. The injured were hospitalized at the Sisian Medical Center, where doctors assessed their health condition as satisfactory. Rescuers also disconnected the truck from power.
