Packages Thrown into Sevan Penitentiary Did Not Reach Their Recipients: What Was Discarded in the Facility?
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, over the past three days, employees of the Armenian Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service at the 'Sevan' penitentiary have discovered a large quantity of prohibited items, including mobile phones, earphones, chargers, approximately 40 grams of cannabis-like masses (B8 pills), and other suspicious items and substances.
The report states that all these were discovered by the penitentiary staff on December 10 and 13, thanks to vigilant service, as there had been attempts to throw in packages. Had the prison staff not been attentive, the discarded packages might have reached their intended recipients.
Materials are being prepared regarding the matter at the 'Sevan' penitentiary.
