ARCA System Down: Citizens Report Issues

Journalist Zhirayr Voskanyan's post states: “In the land of toasts in Armenia, within the ‘regional Silicon Valley,’ this week it’s obvious that ARCA is dead. The ARCA system is currently experiencing a global outage, resulting in non-functional cards, ATMs, and mobile applications using this processing service.”

Auroranews inquired with the central bank in the morning about the issue and when it would be resolved. They mentioned that the problem would be resolved by 12:00 PM. Shortly afterward, we contacted the central bank employees again, who indicated that ARCA would soon release a statement.
