ArCa Statement on System Disruptions

Armenian Card CJSC - ArCa has issued a statement regarding the system disruptions, stating:

“Dear users, we inform you that after disruptions that occurred in the system starting at 9:30, the system's functionality was restored at 11:20. Local corrections have been implemented in collaboration with banks for certain services.

The disruption was caused by unforeseen circumstances during the installation of planned updates aimed at launching a new type of services within the framework of system development.

We are fully aware of the negative impact of such incidents in the context of the increasing number and variety of cashless payments and remote services, and we apologize for the inconveniences caused. We assure you that such incidents are thoroughly examined and continue to be investigated to prevent their recurrence in the future.”
