Charhchyan stated that the court's decision was expected for him.

When asked what he would do first after his release, Charhchyan replied, “I did it, I kissed my wife.”

It is noteworthy that Charhchyan was released today following a court decision, and the court selected a signature not to leave as a measure of restraint against him.
