Businessman Ruben Vardanyan to Buy 'ArmNews' TV Channel?
According to ArmLur.am, the 'ArmNews' TV channel is set to have a new management soon. Our sources indicate that businessman Ruben Vardanyan is preparing to buy the TV station.
The news outlet attempted to confirm this information with representatives of the current management, 'K’aryak Media.' Former members of parliament Karen Bekaryan and Mihran Hakobyan, who are among the founders of K’aryak Media, reached out to them, but the media outlet was unsuccessful in obtaining a response.
Another founder of 'K’aryak Media,' Samvel Fardanyan, responded to the inquiry by saying, 'I am currently engaged in an academic initiative, so please direct any questions concerning the TV station to director Aram Antinyan.' Efforts to contact Antinyan have also been unsuccessful.
It is noteworthy that 'K’aryak Media,' established in 2019, includes the 'ArmNews' TV channel, Tert.am news site, and 'ArmNews FM' radio station.
