Finance Minister on the Launch of the Amulsar Mine

The launch of the Amulsar mine has been presented as a positive risk in the "State Budget" law. This was stated by Armenia's Finance Minister Tigran Khachatryan during a response to a question from one of the deputies in the National Assembly.

"In the 'State Budget' law, we have presented it as a positive risk, if Amulsar is launched within the year. However, it should be noted that from the moment of launch, a 12-month period will be necessary for preparatory works that must be completed for the mine’s operation," said Tigran Khachatryan.
