Employers Will Be Able to Dismiss Employees Who Do Not Present Vaccination or Test Certificates
The National Assembly has approved, in the first reading, a package of legislative amendments proposed by the Government concerning the changes to the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia and the Law on Public Service. According to the proposed laws, employers will have the right to dismiss employees who do not present a vaccination or testing certificate against Covid-19.
