Apartment Prices in Yerevan Increased Over a Month: 'Zhoghovurd'
'Zhoghovurd' newspaper reports that apartment prices in Yerevan have risen in just one month. The newspaper has learned that price increases have been recorded in all administrative districts of the capital. The Statistical Committee of Armenia has announced that in October of this year, compared to September, the price per square meter in the Small Center has increased by 14,900 drams, exceeding $1,330. While in September, the cost of one square meter in the Small Center was 650,100 drams, in October it has become 665,000 drams.
It should be noted that in the Arabkir administrative district, apartment prices have risen by 2,800 drams, and in Kanaker-Zeytun, by 4,500 drams. In the Davtashen administrative district, the price per square meter has increased from 330,000 drams to 335,100 drams. According to experts, real estate prices are forecasted to rise even further in the near future. It is worth mentioning that the demand from foreigners for purchasing real estate has also contributed to this increase in apartment prices.
