You made an observation during a meeting with Russian journalists, stating that there is a widespread opinion in Armenia that Russia handed over Artsakh to Azerbaijan. This was stated by Agnesa Khmoyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction, addressing the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, today, December 7.

She reminded Simonyan that following that interview, the Russian Foreign Ministry accused him of indulging in imagination.

Khmoyan requested clarification on what Simonyan meant by mentioning the 'Lavrov plan,' citing the statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry which indicated that Russia had presented negotiating details that had been submitted to the parties in a revised format in the summer of 2019.
