Earlier, it was reported that an unknown man opened fire today at the "Ryazanskiy" multifunctional center, resulting in the deaths of two people and several injuries, including that of a child. The man has already been arrested.

The Investigative Committee has stated that a criminal case has been initiated under two articles of the criminal code: 'murder of two or more persons' and 'illegal trafficking of weapons.'
