The International Court of Justice in The Hague Issues Ruling in Favor of Armenia: What Has It Ordered Azerbaijan?
The International Court of Justice has ruled that Azerbaijan must take measures to prevent the incitement of racial hatred against Armenians. This was reported by Ria Novosti.
Political scientist Narek Minasian notes that the court has granted the application for interim measures against Azerbaijan, requiring the country to ensure the safety of Armenian prisoners of war, prevent incitement of racial hatred and discrimination against Armenians by officials and state bodies, stop vandalism and desecration of Armenian cultural heritage, and refrain from any actions that could exacerbate or prolong the issues under consideration or make their resolution more difficult.
