Report on Crime Presented by Aghvan Hovsepyan Sent to Police

The former Attorney General of Armenia, former head of the Investigative Committee, Doctor of Law, and Professor Aghvan Hovsepyan has had his report regarding a crime sent to the Criminal Police of Armenia by the Prosecutor's Office, along with instructions to investigate and determine the course of the results. This information was revealed in a conversation with the Prosecutor General's Office by 'Factinfo.'

It is worth noting that a few days ago, a news website, which does not have any contact information, phone number, or editor, published an article containing fictitious information accusing A. Hovsepyan of acts against human sexual inviolability and life. In this regard, Aghvan Hovsepyan has submitted a report to the Prosecutor General's Office, demanding the initiation of a criminal case concerning the published article containing particularly false accusations attributed to him and to hold accountable those responsible for the false accusations.
