Recount to Be Conducted at 67 Polling Stations

Applications for recounting the results of the voting in local self-government elections held on December 5, 2021, or for declaring the voting results at a polling station invalid could be submitted to the relevant territorial electoral commission until December 7 at 11:00 AM. This was reported by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC).

During the established period, a total of 67 applications for recounting the voting results at polling stations were received by 6 territorial electoral commissions. The applications require a recount to be conducted at 67 polling stations. Territorial electoral commissions did not receive any applications for declaring the voting results at polling stations invalid.

The recount will take place in territorial electoral commissions No. 15, 21, 23, 27, 28, and 29. The recount work in these commissions will commence today, December 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM.
