The non-participation of Tsovagyugh and Semenovka villages in the elections will not affect the validation of the elections. This was stated by Armen Smbatyan, the Secretary of the Central Electoral Commission, in an interview with NEWS.am.

"The villages are part of the enlarged community of Sevan, where the enlargement has already taken place, and the election results will be summarized," Smbatyan mentioned.

It is worth noting that the residents of Tsovagyugh and Semenovka villages in the Gegharkunik region did not participate in the elections yesterday, December 5. The reason is the enlargement of the communities, which the residents oppose.
