NSS: No Reports of Phone Tapping of Armenian Citizens Using Apple Services

The National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia has stated that it has not received any applications or alerts regarding hacking attempts on the phones of Armenian citizens using Apple services. In response to an inquiry from Armenpress, the NSS clarified that there is no information about potential breaches on the phones of Armenian citizens using Apple services via programs like Pegasus.

The NSS emphasized that it has not obtained any factual evidence regarding the alleged phone tapping of Armenian citizens by the authorities who utilize Apple services.

Moreover, the NSS added that appropriate measures are being taken to prevent various types of hacking attacks, including initiatives to enhance media literacy among the public.
