In the Last 3 Months, 3 Civilians Have Been Killed in Artsakh Due to Azerbaijani Provocations - Tigran Abrahamyan
Member of the National Assembly's 'I Have Honor' faction Tigran Abrahamyan stated on his Facebook page: 'The new provocation by Azerbaijani servicemen towards the city of Chartar is an addition to the crimes committed by Azerbaijanis in October towards Martakert and in November near Shushi along the main highway. It turns out that, as a result of Azerbaijani provocations in the last three months, three civilians have been killed in Artsakh: a tractor driver working in agriculture, a water supply specialist, and a livestock breeder.'
'Regardless of the circumstances of these incidents leading to death, the motivation for the Azerbaijani actions at the crime scenes is one: to kill Armenians, to disrupt the tentative peace of the people of Artsakh, and to remind us of the hatred and real intentions of the Turks.'
'As painful as it is to record this, these incidents could have been prevented if decision-makers in Artsakh and especially in Armenia had a clear understanding of our priorities, timely identified threats, and implemented preventive measures accordingly. The authority continues to deliberately keep our community in a victim status, constantly convincing and justifying its concessions and series of defeats.'
