VIDEO: Azerbaijanis Commit Violence and Kill 65-Year-Old Engineer, NSS Releases Footage

Today around 1:00 PM, Azerbaijani military forces entered the neutral zone located near the administrative territory of the town of Chartar in the Martuni region of Artsakh and committed violence against Seyran Sargsyan, a local resident, a citizen of Artsakh, born in 1956, who was engaged in livestock farming. Following the incident, he was taken to an Azerbaijani military post, where, with intent, he was unlawfully deprived of his life.

Footage recorded by cameras installed on the Artsakh side has documented the circumstances of the incident and the criminal actions of the Azerbaijanis. This was reported by the NSS of Artsakh.

In connection with the incident, legal proceedings are being undertaken by the law enforcement agencies of Artsakh.
