The president of the 'Free Citizen' NGO, Hovsep Khurshudyan, stated: 'I will not stop reiterating. If according to Putin, the Soviet border between Armenia and Azerbaijan was not clear, then on what basis were Russian soldiers, holding the hands of Azerbaijanis, ceding 21 kilometers of the Goris-Kapan road and 2-3 kilometers of the Kapan-Jakaten road via GPS in December 2020.'
