Do the Vaccines Not Work? Andranik Kocharyan Questions Anahit Avanesyan

During the discussion of a bill amending the Law on the Status of Servicemen in the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, the committee chairman Andranik Kocharyan directed a question at Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan.

“Ms. Avanesyan, I have been vaccinated four times and have not experienced any fever fluctuations. What does that mean, that the vaccines do not work?”

Anahit Avanesyan responded that such cases are observed in about 15-20 percent of the population. “I hadn't contracted an infection before either; perhaps my body is prepared,” Andranik Kocharyan replied.
