What is Iran's Priority in Relations with Regional Countries?

Iran places a priority on cooperation with neighboring countries and regional states. This was stated by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi before flying from Tehran to Ashgabat to participate in the CIS summit, as reported by IRNA.

“As we have mentioned many times, we give priority attention to cooperation with neighboring countries and regional states, and we believe that this cooperation can be very effective in the development of economic relations,” he said.

This is the 15th summit held under the slogan “Together for a Better Future and Prosperous Tomorrow,” noted the Iranian leader.
