In Artsakh, 20 Patients' Condition is Evaluated as Extremely Severe, 52 as Severe Due to COVID-19

On November 27, 335 tests were conducted, resulting in 78 new cases of coronavirus disease in Artsakh. Currently, 113 infected individuals are receiving inpatient treatment. Doctors assess the condition of 20 patients as extremely severe, while 52 are in severe condition, including younger individuals. Mild cases are receiving outpatient treatment. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Artsakh.

In 2021, a total of 22,924 citizens were tested for laboratory detection of the coronavirus, with 3,888 registered as positive.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh once again urges adherence to guidelines to avoid new outbreaks and to overcome the coronavirus infection as soon as possible. It is noted that the population of the republic needs to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible to protect their health and that of their loved ones.

Vaccinations against COVID-19 are being conducted at the Outpatient-Polyclinic Department of the Republican Medical Center until 19:00, at the Arevik Medical Center, and at the State Non-Commercial Organization of Epidemiology and Hygiene, as well as in regional medical centers in Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert.
