Putin Comments on Upcoming Meeting between Aliyev and Pashinyan

Russian President Vladimir Putin has welcomed the readiness of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to meet in Brussels on December 15. Putin made this statement during a meeting with Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Aliyev.

“I know that a meeting is also scheduled in Brussels soon, and you have agreed to go there and hold a meeting. We also welcome this. The more opportunities there are for direct contact, the better. I recently spoke about this with the President of the European Council, Mr. Michel, and he awaits you,” Putin said.
