I Am More Than Certain That This Government Has Actually Completed Delimitation and Demarcation: Arsen Babayan

I am more than certain that this government has actually completed delimitation and demarcation. This was stated by Arsen Babayan, a member of the political council of the 'Homeland' party, on his Facebook page, ahead of the upcoming meeting between Putin, Pashinyan, and Aliyev in Sochi.

He specifically noted:

  1. The Republic of Armenia has not made final adjustments to its territories since independence. The work is not even completed with our friendly neighbor Georgia.
  2. Hostile Azerbaijan has established police and customs checkpoints on the roads in the Republic of Armenia that have been under Armenian control for 30 years.
  3. The Armenian government has stated that these checkpoints are not located in Armenian territory. The names of these places have even been mentioned by the Prime Minister.
  4. During a recent press conference, the Prime Minister said that maps must have legal grounds; otherwise, they are just images.
  5. Many specialists contest the government's claim that the customs checkpoint located in the Jabazaz area is in Azerbaijani territory, providing many convincing arguments. The government remains silent on this dispute.
  6. The current Prime Minister claimed in the last press conference that they know the territory of Armenia with millimetric precision.

The analysis of the aforementioned six points indicates that the government has indeed carried out delimitation and demarcation work, and the function of the upcoming commission will be to grant legal force to the actual lines drawn. Once again, anti-Armenian decisions have been made in secrecy behind the backs of the nation. How does treachery manifest?
