The World Health Organization (WHO) European office has announced that the primary spreaders of the coronavirus are unvaccinated individuals, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“We urge everyone who is eligible for vaccination to take advantage of this opportunity and complete the full vaccination cycle. This is especially important for priority groups such as those aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with weakened immune systems,” the bureau's statement reads.

They also added that studies show the effectiveness of preventive measures, such as wearing masks, hand and respiratory hygiene, social distancing, ventilation of indoor spaces, as well as testing, identifying contacts, and self-isolation.
