VIDEO: Shushi is Not Included in the 7 Districts, Artsakh Must Be Independent - Zatulin

Russian State Duma Deputy Konstantin Zatulin has stated that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue has been solvable since as far back as 1994, when he first visited Artsakh. He believes that the possibility lies in the right of the population to self-determination and the handover of the 7 districts of Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan.

“However, Shushi is not included in those 7 districts. Artsakh must have the right to self-determination and be independent,” Zatulin says in a video prepared by Molniya TV.
