Three Rescuers Killed in Kuzbass Mine Incident, Fate of Three Others Unknown

Three rescuers have died in the Kuzbass "Listvyazhnaya" mine, with their bodies discovered, according to a report by 360tv citing the emergency services.

Additionally, the fate of three more rescuers remains unknown. The authorities have indicated that the situation in the Kuzbass mine is deteriorating, and search and rescue operations have been suspended until morning.

On Thursday, around 08:30, a smoke explosion erupted at the plant in Belovoy. At the time of the incident, 285 people were underground, most of whom have been evacuated. According to the latest reports, 11 miners have died, while 60 have been injured, 38 of whom have been hospitalized.

Furthermore, 35 miners remain trapped in remote drifts, with no contact established with them.
