Sergey Shoigu Sends Message to Suren Papikyan

The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu, has sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

In the message, it is stated: “Dear Suren Rafik, I congratulate you on your appointment as the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. I am confident that your work in this high and responsible position will contribute to strengthening and further developing friendly relations between our countries' defense agencies for the benefit of peace and international security.
