WHO Expresses Concerns: What Predictions Does the Organization Make?
The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed concerns that COVID-19 fatalities in Europe could rise from the current 1.5 million to 2.2 million by March 2022 if current trends continue.
According to the WHO, "intensive care units in 49 out of 53 countries are expected to experience high or extreme stress from now until March 1, 2022," reports timesofisrael.com. The organization added that "it is predicted that the total number of recorded deaths will exceed 2.2 million by next spring."
