Proposed Law in Artsakh Aims to Codify Communities Occupied by Azerbaijan Due to War
The National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh's permanent committee on legal and state issues has approved a draft law aimed at providing a legal clarification regarding the communities that fell outside of Artsakh's control due to the war that erupted on September 27, 2020. This was announced by the National Assembly of Artsakh.
The draft law, titled “On Amendments to the Law on the Administrative-Territorial Division of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh,” was presented by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh, Hayk Khanumyan.
