VIDEO: Alisa Melkonyan Serves in One of the Highest and Coldest Posts, Brother Killed in War

National Assembly member Haik Sargsyan has shared a video on his Facebook page with the following note: "Alisa Melkonyan serves in one of the highest and coldest posts. Her brother, Gagik Melkonyan, was killed in the four-day war. Alisa was severely wounded in the 44-day war and was unable to walk for 3 months; however, after receiving treatment, she returned to combat duty. An unyielding and indomitable Armenian woman!"
