Musheghyan, stating that the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, is being summoned for questioning as a suspect. This was reported by lawyer Amram Makinyan on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted: “The irony is that after three and a half years of taking and interpreting Silv's testimony, today ‘they have decided’ that he also bribed Serzh Sargsyan. This is despite the fact that two years ago, in the same case, Serzh Sargsyan was interrogated as a witness, and until now, no new circumstances have legally changed or been added… Well, don't you know the name of another hero apart from Silv?”
