Protest Participants Submit Request to Government and March Towards Presidential Palace and Parliament

A protest organized by the "Awakening" and "5165" parties is taking place at Republic Square, demanding the publication of the document pertaining to the agreement to be signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The initiators and participants of the protest submitted their request to the government, demanding the disclosure of the document regarding the delimitation and demarcation agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Before handing in the request, Yerevan State University associate professor Menua Soghomonyan announced that they have serious concerns that the document will indicate that Artsakh is part of Azerbaijan, and that two other bodies—the president and the parliament—are directly involved in the process of revealing the document's content. Requests will also be submitted to them.

After submitting the request addressed to the government, the protesters moved towards the presidential palace, and later they will submit a request to the parliament before returning to Republic Square, where a mass gathering is scheduled for 5:00 PM. During this event, they will inform the public about further actions.
