Presidents of Iran and Azerbaijan to Meet

The presidents of Iran and Azerbaijan may meet next week during the summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). This was announced by the spokesperson of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Said Khatibzadeh, during a press briefing.

“Meetings will soon take place between various officials from Iran and Azerbaijan, including a meeting next week between Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev within the framework of the ECO summit,” said the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
