Another Body Discovered

The search operations for the bodies of servicemen who fell and are considered missing in the third Artsakh war have resumed, which had been halted on October 14.

Today, the rescue team conducted searches in the Varanda (Fizuli) region, resulting in the discovery of another body. This information was reported by the Emergency Situations State Service of the Artsakh Republic. The identity of the deceased will be confirmed following forensic examination.

It is worth noting that since November 13, 2020, a total of 1,698 bodies have been confirmed through search operations conducted in areas of Artsakh under Azerbaijani control and through exchanges of remains with the Azerbaijani side, including civilians.
