Production of Billions of Coronavirus Vaccines in Russia

In 2022, Russia is set to produce 2 billion doses of the Covid vaccine, announced by the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. His statements were cited by TASS.

According to Manturov, more than 100 million doses of the vaccine have already been released into circulation.

By the end of the year, a total of 300 million doses will be produced.

On November 11, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Osmakov noted that the country had achieved a production rate of 150 million doses of the vaccine per quarter.

The main volume of production is attributed to Sputnik V and Sputnik Light.
