Pashinyan Told Me to Handle It So We Don’t Lose the Chinese, But Avinyan Soon Interfered: Bagratyan
Nikol Pashinyan is lying about the situation in Syunik not affecting the connection with Iran. This was stated by former Prime Minister Grant Bagratyan during a press conference today, November 18.
“At this moment, cargo transportation with Iran has been halted because such transportation can only occur via that route. This means the border with Iran is also closed, and we do not have cargo transportation communication with Iran. The alternative route that has been constructed cannot accommodate large trucks, particularly those with trailers, as well as buses. Therefore, we will not have significant trade and economic relations with Iran until we construct the Sisian-Bargushat-Kajaran-Lichq road, which is supposed to include 9 tunnels and 18 bridges,” he emphasized.
