‘Have you ever cried in the office of the head of ‘Artik’ prison?’ Arsen Babayan asks Pashinyan
Arsen Babayan, a member of the ‘I Have Honor’ alliance, writes on his Facebook page:
“Yesterday you reported from the podium of the National Assembly that you visited four penitentiary institutions and did not feel bad. I have a question: have you ever cried (literally) in the office of the head of ‘Artik’ penitentiary, Colonel Sargsyan, and asked to be isolated from others? You can choose not to answer...”
