Who Gave the Order Not to Fire? MP Asks Pashinyan

Who gave the order not to fire, as it is evident from the circulated videos that the capture of a combat position is occurring without gunfire? This question was posed to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan by MP Tigran Abrahamyan from the "I Have Honor" faction in the National Assembly.

“By nature, it is impossible for such a thing to happen, that an order is given regarding the non-firing or non-defense of the borders of Armenia. That would be state treason,” said Nikol Pashinyan.
