President in Singapore: Presented the Situation at Armenian Borders to International Partners

President Armen Sarkissian has held meetings with several prominent political and public figures, as well as leaders of influential media outlets, at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum taking place in Singapore.

During these meetings, President Sarkissian outlined the situation created at Armenia's borders as a result of Azerbaijani military aggression, addressing issues of Azerbaijan's incursions into Armenian territory, violations of the country's territorial integrity, and the problem of the return of Armenian prisoners of war illegally held in Azerbaijan.

The President also gave interviews to international media, reiterating the ongoing issues regarding the post-war situation, Azerbaijan's continued military aggression, and incursions into Armenian sovereign territory.

In discussions with leaders of international corporations and companies participating in the forum (including Paypal, McKinsey & Company, Bharti Enterprises, Mastercard, Temasek, Tata Group, and others), President Sarkissian also addressed the development prospects for Armenia and programs aimed at the country's future.

The forum gathered world leaders, representatives from international organizations, and heads of leading companies to discuss the impact of the pandemic on the global economy, climate, and health sectors, the new challenges posed, the steps to confront these challenges, and new economic opportunities.
