Muradov is urgently sent to Armenia: "Hraparak"
According to "Hraparak," "Based on our information, late yesterday evening, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu urgently recalled Rustam Muradov, the deputy commander of the Southern Military District, from vacation. Today, Muradov will be in Armenia to personally conduct negotiations with the Azerbaijanis.
Muradov's leave was supposed to last until December 5, and his recall is due to the belief of Russian authorities that only Rustam Muradov can conduct tough negotiations in this situation."
