If the enemy had advantages during the day, by the end of the day those advantages were lost. We have regained many positions. We have suffered human losses, as have they. Our Armed Forces entered into combat operations and by the end of the day enforced a ceasefire at this moment. If restoring the status quo refers to the overall balance of positional losses, we will record it in a very short time. This was stated by Andranik Kocharyan, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Defense and Security, during an interview on Public Television.

“Our ally (Russia - ed.) has, however, until yesterday been able to fulfill its obligations as a guarantor regarding the observance of the ceasefire regime. Something was violated today; something was violated yesterday and today. But I hope that our strategic ally will fully restore its guarantor status today and tomorrow,” Kocharyan noted.
