Video: Azerbaijan is an Aggressor State and Must Withdraw Its Troops from Armenia's Sovereign Territory, Pashinyan
The Security Council held an emergency session during which Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech. He stated that discussions about border disputes are absurd and pointless. There is no border dispute; there is aggression against Armenia's sovereign territory.
"Azerbaijan and the forces that encourage it are targeting our sovereignty and statehood," said Pashinyan. He emphasized that we have shown today that we will not allow ourselves to be spoken to in a condescending manner.
Pashinyan reported that significant damage has been inflicted on the enemy's manpower, with at least six units of armored vehicles destroyed. There are casualties on our side, for which more accurate information will be provided.
"Azerbaijan is an aggressor state and must unequivocally withdraw its troops from Armenia's sovereign territory," he stated.
Addressing the border situation, Pashinyan noted that currently, the situation at the border is relatively calm, but the overall situation remains extremely tense.
