Turkey is Today, as Always, by Azerbaijan's Side: Turkish Defense Minister to Azerbaijani Counterpart
The defense ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Zakir Hasanov and Hulusi Akar, have had a telephone conversation during which they discussed the escalating situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
According to media reports, Akar stated that "Turkey is today, as always, by Azerbaijan's side."
