The former Minister of Defence of Armenia and MP from the ‘Armenia’ Faction Seyran Ohanyan stated at today’s press conference that ‘when 4 positions are surrounded by the enemy, it speaks to the fact that the leadership has not made the appropriate decisions regarding defense, and has not implemented preventive measures in case of possible actions from the enemy’.

‘Ultimately, the military was not given instructions on how to act, and when to not allow the enemy to penetrate our area if necessary,’ said Ohanyan.
