The Enemy Attempts to Solve Two Problems: Babayan Indicates the Key to Resolving the Situation
At present, I do not see a risk of a large-scale resumption of military operations. The enemy is trying to solve two issues through provocative actions: to achieve what they call a "corridor" and to impose a peace treaty recognizing territorial integrity. These are the two problems the enemy wants to address.
This was stated by military, state, and political figure, Lieutenant General Samvel Babayan, in an interview with "Iravunk," while discussing the tensions along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
“I would suggest that our Ministry of Defense and General Staff conduct a serious professional analysis, and if they do not know what to do, they can reach out; we are ready to stand by our country for the sake of our nationhood. Otherwise, at this point, our General Staff is creating more issues instead of solving them,” he said.
