“This planned and continually staged 'war of defeats' must come to an end. The enemy is trying to take over every important height from Gegharkunik to Syunik and has succeeded in many cases. Do you realize that we will enter the next imminent war from the worst possible starting positions? Do you understand that 'The Turk will reach Yerevan' is not from the fantasy genre?”
