10 Victims Confirmed by Slavik Papyan

The newspaper "Haykakan Jamanak," owned by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's family, reported that the Armenian side has suffered 10 casualties. According to the newspaper, the victims were servicemen from the village of Noravan.
