Woe to the Living, Everyone is Shocked: Karin Tonoyan
Karin Tonoyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Woe to the living; I call them the dead. Suren Papikyan is the Minister of Defense. I have known him since the days of the 'Armenian Knight' television game, when he brought a team to participate as a history teacher. I do not want to say anything bad, and I could even say something good, if he were not in the ruling party.
Everyone is shocked by this absurd appointment, but in reality, this is yet another confession of Nikol's hopelessness – there are a few letters in that man’s alphabet; he does not trust the others, even though he keeps them close by all means, and the words he composes make no sense. The appointed figures do not inspire confidence.
"This is how it is, Nikol, when you present nothing of yourself, surround yourself only with those who applaud you, crash into the walls, and drag a whole people and country down an abyss behind you… not realizing that you have dug your own grave and you are making your last efforts to remain in power. If he was brought in for the purpose of destroying the country, it is lamentable that his masters did not tell him that the Armenian identity is eternal, no matter how diminished and impoverished it may become; it is forever bought with the blood of its best children.
Events are nearing their 'painful' end, but nevertheless, this is a very dangerous situation because he already knows that even one hour after losing power, the most terrifying thing will be for him and his close associates. Thus, he will destroy everything with him; that is why the last desperate choices constantly change places, trying to delay the unavoidable… his miserable fate.
But my words are not directed to him; instead, I address the normal officers still serving in the army: raise your voices, at least resist, do not allow the Armenian army to be so insulted. A whole nation is watching you; it still loves its army, and it is ready to give everything for its army. Hurry up, gentlemen officers… I HAVE DIGNITY!"
